| CVS will be offering FREE flu shots to unemployed or uninsured customers beginning in October. According to their press release, they have about 100,000 free flu shots to give out. I read that these shots will be given out at One-Stop Career Center locations and vouchers for the free flu shots will be distributed which can be used at the CVS Stores and Minute Clinics. I could not confirm this with CVS today, they told me they will announce the details soon, so just keep this in mind until I can get the information and post an update here. These are the seasonal flu shots, no the shots for the H1N1 (swine flu). I also read that Walgreens will be giving out free flu shots to the uninsured, however there is even less information available today from Walgreens. I will stay on top of this for you. For the insured or cash customers, CVS now has flu shots available in about 500 of their Minute Clinic’s without an appointment. Beginning To find a participating CVS in your area, call -888-FLU-SHOT or visit www.cvs.com. Coupons for your prescriptions - 3 companies that have coupons, free trials and samples of medications. Caregivers..Cash Back Program
More With Less Today
The Caregivers Marketplace™ is the nation’s first cash back program for anyone who gives, gets or needs care. You receive cash back rebates on items that are not typically covered by insurance or Medicare. The program is free to anyone and your information will be kept confidential.
Get cash back every time you buy these brands: Aspercreme®, Balmex®, Benzodent®, Citrucel®, Comfort ™ Personal Cleaning, Cortizone-10®, Cottonelle Fresh®, Depend®, Ecotrin®, Ensure®, Glucerna®, Gold Bond®, GoodNites®, Huggies®, Icy Hot®, Kaopectate®, Nature Made®, Os-Cal®, Poise®, Polident®, Pull-Ups®, and Super Poligrip®.
Simply save your original sales receipts and wait until you have 5 eligible products (you can mix and match) and then download and print out the rebate form and mail it in with your original receipts. Make a copy of your receipts for your records. There is no limit to the number of times you can submit rebates. To save money on postage, you can accumulate a large amount of receipts before mailing them in. Your check will arrive in 4-6 weeks.
You do not have to be a caregiver to access these rebates, only a user of these products. Pay attention to the size requirements. For example, on some of the diaper rebates, the large Costco-sized diapers are not eligible.
These rebates work no matter where you bought the product and no matter what you paid for it. As an example, right now the rebates for Huggies® diapers are 75 cents and one dollar for Glucerna®.

More With Less Today
Here is a tip for saving money, visit Free Napkin. This site is like EBay, or Craig’s List except everything is free. It is free to list an item that you no longer want and it is free to find an item that you need and simply contact the owner. If you want the item sent to you, just pay the shipping.
You can search Free Napkin by state to see what is available before you decide to register (also free). In my area, I saw a working washer and dryer, an L-shaped office desk, plants for the garden and moving boxes to name just a few free items. This is also a great way to keep items out of the landfill.
