Simply save your original sales receipts and wait until you have 5 eligible products (you can mix and match) and then download and print out the rebate form and mail it in with your original receipts. Make a copy of your receipts for your records. There is no limit to the number of times you can submit rebates. To save money on postage, you can accumulate a large amount of receipts before mailing them in. Your check will arrive in 4-6 weeks.
